When you submit a commission through our website, we collect your full name and email address. Payment information — including your card number, billing address, and CVV — is processed exclusively by Stripe, our payment partner. This data never passes through or is stored on our servers.

We do not collect browsing data beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the website.

Your name and email are used solely to fulfill your commission: to confirm your order, communicate production updates, and arrange delivery. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.

Data Storage

Order records — including your name, email, selected piece, size, and commission details — are stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase on infrastructure located within the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised Tilet Co. personnel only.

Stripe & Payment Security

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. By completing a commission, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Tilet Co. receives only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card — never your full payment details.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the website to function — no advertising or tracking cookies are placed without your consent. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, a cookie notice will appear on your first visit.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
